These Terms of Service apply when you use nova-0.shop or purchase goods from nova-0. They explain how orders are formed, how payments and deliveries work, and the responsibilities of both parties. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

2  Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in breach of law, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent activity. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account.

3  Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your device or may change where a manufacturer updates packaging without changing the product. Product images are illustrative where stated.

Read the product description, ingredient information, labels, directions and warnings before use. For food, drink, supplements or products containing caffeine or allergens, always check the physical label on delivery because formulations may change. Contact us before ordering if you need information about ingredients, allergens or suitability. Product information is not medical advice.

4  Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. After you submit an order, we will send an acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly state otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, the address cannot be served, purchase limits apply, or an obvious pricing or description error occurred.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. We may apply reasonable quantity limits to protect availability and prevent resale or fraud.

5  Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable UK VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges are shown before you place the order. Payment is due at checkout using the methods offered there.

If a price is obviously incorrect and you could reasonably have recognised the error, we may cancel the order and refund you. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement.

6  Delivery ownership and risk

Delivery options, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Goods become your responsibility when they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full and the goods are delivered.

7  Cancellations returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. For most distance purchases, UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to statutory exceptions. Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8  Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with another promotion or applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is fraud, misuse or an obvious error, without affecting completed lawful purchases.

9  Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding and design are owned by or licensed to nova-0 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without written permission, except as allowed by law.

10  Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach.

We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control where we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed. Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11  Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.

12  Changes and general terms

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in force when your order is placed applies to that order. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than you and nova-0 has a right to enforce these terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
