This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made through nova-0.shop.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown securely at checkout. Available methods may include credit and debit cards and other payment services displayed by our Shopify checkout. We do not promise that every method will be available for every order, country or device.

Payment authorisation

When you place an order, your payment provider may authorise or reserve the order amount. Your card or payment account may be charged when the order is accepted for processing or dispatched, depending on the payment method and provider. If an order is cancelled, any payment or authorisation will be reversed or refunded as appropriate.

Payment security

Payment details are handled through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes or passwords to nova-0 by email, telephone or social media. nova-0 does not store your complete payment card number.

Currency taxes and charges

The currency, product prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes or VAT are shown before you submit payment. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Failed or reversed payments

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed or cannot be verified, we may be unable to accept or dispatch the order. Contact your bank or payment provider if the issue concerns authorisation. We will not ask you to pay by an unverified method outside the checkout process.

Refunds and chargebacks

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact support@nova-0.shop first so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider where appropriate.
